His casting company (Charles Casting Company), is casting the upcoming feature film Hello Beautiful (starring Tricia Helfer, Tarek Bishara, and Susan Shalhoub Larkin). He is currently casting the film, Café Montevideo  and a Derek Cianfrance film, with Bonnie Timmermann.
